About Me

I am a lifelong traveler and freelance writer/photographer based in San Antonio, TX. I stay up late nights to spin travel tales, retreat into books, and listen to weird music until Morpheus says hello. I’m always on the lookout for offbeat and obscure experiences that will live inside me for years. My travels have taken me whitewater rafting in Peru, spelunking for Zeus in Crete, and getting kicked out of a coffee shop in France.

As a first-generation immigrant, I have spent the last seven years as an activist working with asylum seekers. I’m a passionate storyteller who thrives on human connections, new perspectives, and examining the unexamined. I also have a weakness for the weird, the colorful, and a never-ending playlist. When I’m not sleep-deprived, I enjoy graphic design, drawing, researching new music, yoga, crocheting, record stores, bookstores, tea houses, social justice, and chasing ideas.
